    As a Customer Service Representative in our Carrier Services Division, you will be responsible for ensuring all customers’ needs are met and exceeded on a daily basis. Our ideal candidates will poses strong customer service skills and keen work ethic.

Responsibilities

-       Answer Incoming E-mails and customer phone inquiries

-       Ensure all customer issues are dealt with in a timely manner

-       Provide resolution to issues that arise

-       Balance monetary transactions

-       Ensuring that all weekly goals are met and exceeded

-       Making outbound calls to secure funds

 

Qualifications

-       1 + Years customer service experience

-       Honest, trustworthy and dependable

-       Ability to hold oneself accountable

-       Ability to get along with varying personalities

-       Derail oriented

-       Strong analytical and problem solving skills

-       Knowledge of MS Office programs

-       Excellent communication skills both written and oral

-       Positive phone mannerisms

-       Ability to work in a team based environment
