    As an Order Audit Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and attention to detail on a consistent basis. Our ideal candidate will be extremely organized and possess intermediate Excel Workbook skills. In addition the candidate must be able to work in a fast paced team environment and possess the capabilities to ensure that any issues are dealt with in a timely manner.

    Responsibilities

    • Customer service
    • Providing resolution of customer issues and concerns
    • Processing high volumes of invoices for Accounts payable
    • Usage of multiple systems and software’s
    • Implementing data into Excel
    • Meeting and exceeding set fourth goals
    • Working in a team based environment

    Qualifications

    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Organized and able to thrive under pressure
    • Ability to effectively communicate with team members
    • Ability to prioritize tasks
    • Self starter and able to learn new tasks easily
    • Intermediate knowledge of Excel Vlookup
    • Ability to hold oneself accountable to meet and surpass goals and expectations.
