    This position will be a Wednesday - Friday position. 15 hours per week total. Either 8 AM to 2 PM or 7 AM to 1 PM.

    Responsibilities

    Set up new hires:

    • Imaging and configuring new computers
    • Document to inventory
    • Set up accounts
    • Facilitate phone configuration
    • Deploy hardware
    • Test accounts

    Assist in termination process

    • Recover hardware
    • Document to inventory
    • Back up files to log-it-storage
    • Complete checklist confirming application access has been removed

    Computer replacements / upgrades

    • Replace outdated equipment
    • Install software

    Deploy equipment

    Qualifications

    Basic computer skills

    A basic understanding of computers and setting up hardware is required

    Knowledge of software installation

    Knowledge of Active Directory account management

    Basic troubleshooting skills

    Organizational skills

    Ability to lift 50 Lbs
