  • Overview

    As a Client Integration Specialist in our Carrier Services Division, you will be responsible for ensuring all new client are educated and prepared for Factoring Requirements.  Our ideal candidates will poses strong customer service skills and keen work ethic.

    Responsibilities

    Onboarding New Clients through:

    •  Review Clients Contract
    •  Education of processes to Clients
    •  Education on importation reports and documents
    •  Education on Client Facing Website
    •  Follow up on Education with Clients
    •  Assist Customer Service team with Client Retention
    •  Outbound phone calling and Email communication
    •  Communication to Clients about ongoing contract requirements.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of work and education
    • Phone skills
    • Email Skills (Microsoft Outlook)
    • Computer skills including: Microsoft Office (word, outlook, excel, power point)
    • Ability to resolve conflicts
    • Contracts
    • Background in Finance or accounting is a plus
    • Background in customer service is a plus
    • Communication skills (organizational, interpersonal)
    • Appropriate Follow-Up Capabilities
    • Self-Starter
    • Skilled in Written and Verbal Communication
    • Flexible in job responsibilities
    • Organized
