The Agent Services Director of Sales position is responsible for planning and implementing sales, customer and agent development programs, both short and long term, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through Agent Business Development team.
Sales Director Responsibilities
Include and not limited to the following:
-Owning and hitting/exceeding budgeted sales margin and volume targets within FTL, LTL and Parcel modes
-Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base and agent profitability
-Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer/agent relationships
Directs service/value add research and development.
Reporting on forces that shift tactical and strategic direction of accounts.
A high-performing Director of Sales that will meet our Agent and Customer growth, volume and margin growth objectives aligning with 4DX. Director of Sales responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve divisional and company financial targets. Director of Sales duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer and industry trends.
