We are looking for a high-performing Director of Sales. The successful candidate will meet our agent and customer growth, volume and profitability growth objectives through developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve divisional and company financial targets.
This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department.
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
