The Digital Marketing & Media Production Specialist focuses on integrating a wide array of digital marketing and communications pieces across a variety of channels, including web and mobile, social media and digital media. In addition, the Digital Marketing & Media Production Specialist consistently demonstrates a positive and hardworking attitude, a continuous commitment to personal and process improvement and the ability to build strong partnerships, one employee and one customer/carrier at a time, and by working in accordance with ELs COACHTeam core values.

Responsibilities

  • Develops unique, cross-platform digital content in various formats, including but not limited to, videos, commercials, banners, animated graphics, infographics, online advertising, websites and social media.
  • Executes projects on a tight timeline and delivers high-quality creative that drives engagement and helps meet business goals.
  • Creates both short- and long-term optimization recommendations.
  • Coordinates SEO efforts and ensures adherence to best practices.
  • Monitors, analyzes and reports results related to online and digital initiatives, suggests course corrections to achieve optimum ROI.
  • Ensures brand consistency across all materials so they meet established EL standards of appearance, content and style.
  • Effectively performs all other duties, as assigned.
  • Helps plan, create and coordinate creative assets on digital channels, including social media, website, etc.
  • Monitors EL’s digital assets and analyze the metrics to create both short- and long-term optimization recommendations.
  • Collaborates with others to create content plans, amplification strategies and best practices to present and optimize content and creative.
  • Researches and remains current on emerging tools, trends and platforms to develop strategies and best practices for potential implementation company wide.
  • Collaborates with communications team on website content development and updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in interactive media, digital marketing, video production or related field with at least three years of related experience. Extensive experience may be considered in lieu of education requirements.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premier, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Well-versed in video production and editing in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere or iMovie as well as photography and digital photo editing.
  • Ability to work effectively with and direct others to produce high quality video and commercial productions.
  • Experience effectively collaborating with internal customers to generate ideas that meet their specific needs.
  • Skilled in utilizing content management systems and social media management tools.
  • Experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies to align with audience behaviors, goals and key messages with calls to action to drive engagement.
  • Ability to evaluate and edit the content, structure and format a range of written and visual materials.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work well under tight deadlines.
  • Skilled in the use of personal computers and related software applications (Word, Excel, Access).
  • Ability to work effectively, manage expectations, and interact with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
