    The Digital Media Production Specialist focuses on integrating a wide array of digital marketing and communications pieces across a variety of channels, including web and mobile, social media and digital media. This individual will be the expert on various aspects of video production. Their primary objective will be to deliver high quality video concepts, footage, audio, and final productions that effectively drive engagement and meet business goals, while adhering to an approved budget and delivery deadlines. This individual will also script-write, storyboard, and create motion graphics.

    • Develop unique, cross-platform digital content in various formats, including but not limited to, videos, commercials, banners, animated graphics, infographics, online advertising, websites and social media
    • Execute projects on a tight timeline and delivers high-quality creative that drives engagement and helps meet business goals
    • Ensure brand consistency across all materials so they meet established EL standards of appearance, content and style
    • Effectively perform all other duties, as assigned
    • Help plan, create and coordinate creative assets on digital channels, including social media, website, etc.
    • Film marketing videos that highlight services and company culture
    • Edit and enhance footage (color correction, lighting, green screen, etc.)
    • Record and process audio for voice overs and sound effects
    • Mix sound effects, music, and voice overs for finished video
    • Animate motion graphics videos
    • Create visual effects for video
    • Help organize and create assets for use in all videos
    • Develop original concepts, scripts, and story boards for all videos
    • Monitor EL’s digital assets and analyze the metrics to create both short- and long-term optimization recommendations
    • Collaborate with others to create content plans, amplification strategies and best practices to present and optimize content and creative
    • Research and remain current on emerging tools, trends and platforms to develop strategies and best practices for potential implementation company wide
    • Collaborate with communications team on website content development and updates.
    • Track, analyze, and report on the impact of all media production assets to determine if each one accomplished company goals based on pre-established metrics
    • Develop and maintain annual media production plan, budget, and procedures
    • Meet budget and delivery deadlines
    • Coordinate production with third party vendors
    • Occasional travel to film live events


    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premier, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
    • Well-versed in video production and editing in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere or iMovie as well as photography and digital photo editing
    • Understanding of the importance of corporate and brand identity
    • Skilled in the use of personal computers and related software applications (Word, Excel, Access)
    • Graphic design experience a plus
    • Professional photography experience a plus
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in interactive media, digital marketing, video production or related field in a business environment
    • Expert in video production and post production (filming, editing, audio)
    • Sound production and editing knowledge
    • Set creation and equipment knowledge
    • Energetic, creative, innovative approach, with a demonstrated ability to develop new ideas
    • Ability to understand a marketing campaign concept and translate it into a sharp, engaging, high-quality videos and commercial productions
    • Experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies to align with audience behaviors, goals and key messages with calls to action to drive engagement
    • Ability to work effectively with and direct others to produce high quality video and commercial productions
    • Experience effectively collaborating with internal customers to generate ideas that meet their specific needs
    • Ability to work effectively, manage expectations, and interact with internal customers at all levels within the organization
    • Accepts and capitalizes on feedback from team members and leaders
    • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and complete projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks based on priority
    • Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team
