    Responsibilities

    • Prospecting leads
    • Identifying solutions for customers and new business opportunities
    • Multitasking in a windows based environment
    • Providing resolutions to problems in a time effective manner
    • Ensuring attention to detail and accuracy
    • Managing a book of business
    • Creating and developing new and existing relationships

    Qualifications

    • Proven sales background and track record
    • Strong background in business to business outbound calling
    • Experience in managing small teams
    • Excellent work ethic, aggressive and can work under pressure
    • Ability to be held accountable
    • Strong organizational skills while maintaining attention to detail
    • Excellent customer service skills and phone mannerisms 
    • Bachelors degree required
