    Our administrative support team is seeking an Order Audit Supervisor. The candidate we are seeking must have previous successful work-related experience in back office support. Our ideal candidate will be detail oriented with strong communications skills, previous leadership experience, MS Office knowledge, previous audit/billing experience, transportation industry experience is also preferred.

    Responsibilities

    • Interview, hire and coach new team members.
    • Manage multi-functionality of team. Managing duties of LTL, Parcel and Cold Chain.
    • Conduct and organize team meetings.
    • Responsible to generate results, team goals and address performance issues.
    • Manage KPI’s, daily dashboards and point areas needed for improvement.
    • Ability to have crucial conversations with team members.
    • Ability to identify potential leaders within the business workgroup. Lead, mentor and train team members.
    • Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching/development sessions.
    • Report period accountability to management for trends, results and KPI’s.
    • Identify areas of opportunity for the team and create implementation strategies for streamlining work processes and creating efficiencies.
    • Create a positive work environment and inter-department relationships.
    • Resolve escalated audit issues.
    • Support 4DX initiatives within the team and company.

    Qualifications

    • Ability to work with minimal guidance.
    • Bachelor’s degree or two years of management experience.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills required.
    • Two years of relevant industry experience preferred.
    • Documented experience managing a team.
    • Intermediate level skills in MS Office; notably MS Excel.
    • Transportation industry experience.
    • The ability to work in a fast pace environment with rapidly changing priorities.
    • Ability to create best practices and enact proper change.
    • Ability to work with multiple divisions on getting proper approvals
